Happy Friday RecruiterTalk Members,

I'm very happy to see all the new faces. We've added a ton of new members over the last 2 weeks.

I'd especially like to welcome my friend, Linda Carlton, to RecruiterTalk. Linda was already pioneering senior-level finance & accounting contract staffing before joining RHI to start their new division (at the time), RHI Management Resources, back in 1996. A Deloitte alum armed with a CPA and a MBA, Linda was the perfect pick to lead the San Francisco branch office for this new division. She single-handedly launched it and got it profitable.

She hired Randall Micek and myself a few months later. Linda very patiently babied me until I could fend for myself in the harsh climate we know as the staffing industry. Thanks Linda!

Later, Linda started her own very successful boutique staffing firm focused in senior level F&A contract staffing - FinanceStaff.
