Comment by Pauline Logan on February 8, 2010 at 10:59am: We are always happy to offer a two week no obligation free trial to any company who hasn’t used us before. During the free trail you can post unlimited vacancies across all sectors, although we ask that have at least 15 vacancies to make it worthwhile. We then promote the vacancies to our database of suitable candidates and they make their application online. The client then receives the CV and cover letter straight to an email address of their choice, you can also have multiple users with responses going to individual consultants.

After the trial if the client wishes to proceed we are happy to either let them choose one of the standard packages or tailor a packages to suit their individual requirements.

As we help new consultants start up their own recruitment agencies we also help them with organising their job boards and already have links to a number of different boards who provide discounts due to the scale of the introductions we can provide to them.

Would this be of interest to jobs4medical? We have a few agencies on our books who deal with Pharmacy, Healthcare, Locums and Nursing and may be interested in using your services given the right introduction.

My role as account manager is to look after my existing clients needs but also bring on new business in the way of recruitment and advertising agencies, as well as direct employers.

As well as working on that side of the business I also have quite a lot to do with candidates, making sure they know how the website and works and what happens once they have made an online application etc.

I am of course always happy to hear from anyone recruiting in medical, social care, dental, pharmacy, medical sales, allied healthcare etc. I believe we are competitive when it comes to cost and I always do my best to get the best possible results.
