- I am responsible for assisting client groups in finding and qualifying top talent for mission critical positions. Currently, I am assisting the Allegis RPO business in support of global software firm with the recruitment of numerous opportunities. Previously, I supported Allegis’ Global Legal search firm. In this role I lead a team of four recruiters in sourcing legal talent for client requirements globally. In that role I was responsible for tracking the day to day activities & reporting metrics and results to my internal clients. I also managed all internal client calls on a weekly basis to discuss the performance of the team.
