Over 20 years in the Staffing / Recruiting industry. I have had a successful career in developing new business and identifying talent for many, many clients, and have worn many hats. As such, I have worked with, and developed, many creative Sales and Recruiting methodologies. I have managed teams of up 20+ people, made up of Sales and Recruiting professionals.

I have a strong understanding of the staffing industry, from a variety of perspectives. One of my strengths has always been in working effectively with client managers to develop relationships and learn about their worlds, in order to provide candidates who are “fits” both in terms of skills and experience, as well as intangibles and soft skills. In addition, I have a proven track record of training, mentoring and motivating Staffing and Sales people.
