David Brown brings 14 years of high-level recruiting experience to every search, every interview and every negotiation. Having worked for some of the top architectural firms in the country, David leverages his vast industry knowledge and relationships to quickly and successfully meet any staffing need.

David has been a full-cycle recruiter for Callison Architecture (www.callison.com). During his years with Callison he managed unprecedented growth. He was hiring talent at all levels including architectural, interior design and support staff. David developed and executed strategic sourcing, interviewing and hiring models to successfully keep up with the firm’s growth.

From Callison, David moved to Starbucks Coffee Company (www.starbucks.com). Starbucks supports one of the largest, in-house architectural firms in the country. Again, David oversaw enormous growth as Starbucks grew internationally. He developed and applied complex, multi-channel recruiting strategies, developed and administered training for new staff as well as hiring managers, and filled positions through innovative tactics.

Additionally, David has experience working in other large recruiting rolls including Holland America Line and Merritt, Hawkins and Associates where he also gained valuable experience in Human Resources. These opportunities have given him a great understanding of the legality of hiring. He is practiced in OFCCP and ADA regulations as well as in developing and managing LEAN/Six Sigma recruiting practices.

David is an active member of the Northwest Recruiting Association (NWRA), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), ERE and has extensive internet and recruiting training and practice. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from McMurry University.

When he is not finding top talent, David enjoys running, travel and is an avid t-shirt collector. David resides in Seattle, Washington.
