Over 15 successful years experience within Human Resources, specializing in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, primarily throughout the United States. However, also have some experience in Canada, Mexico and International locations to include EMEA, APAC, LATAM and emerging/frontier countries. Pride myself on finding those hard to find candidates and building strong relationships. Have had budget responsibility and positions as Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Director, Director of Professional Services, Corporate Technical Director, and Account Executive (Business Development), in addition to being a small business owner. Totally open to domestic and international travel as well as OCONUS locations to include emerging/frontier countries.
