I'm an experienced Sourcer/Virtual Recruiter Assistant with available time that is looking for a steady partnership with a firm that can use my tools and services.

I manage a small virtual back office support system specifically for Recruiters and Staffing companies. Have a brilliant bunch of researchers and Back Office support staff known as - "Virtual Recruiter Assistants".

Our time and tested affordable RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) module has been made available for you to try out. My researchers are highly skilled individuals who and can virtually carry out any task online, like Remote Database Administration, Bulk mailing, Job search, Resume search, Active & Passive search, Name List generation and literally anything related to recruiting process.

I'd like to support a company or individual recruiter with a steady need, at least 40 hours per week on an ongoing basis. My rate is less than nine dollars per hour, when you factor in the cost of these databases that is extremely cost effective.
