Indeed its a gr8 place to interact only with recruiters. So here is my first blog suggestions for all of you. I recently came across about a new Job portal which lets Employers search resumes and post jobs for free.

Employers pay huge fee to career portals like Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, HOTJOBS etc. Keeping that in mind 2 recruiters have built together to help all the Employers to get rid of such costs in this market. And they are providing free access to Employers and Job seekers.

It was unbelievable, until I made my account started using it. If you still dont believe it, it costs nothing for you check out this new Job portal. Once you are satisfied, forward this information to all your network, colleagues, friends etc.
