Focusing on the required skills, and knowledge along with understanding the culture of an organization, Walter has successfully built organizations from the top, recruiting and relocating key officers and then continuing with the talent acquisition of Engineering, Technical, Professional and Administrative Support talent. Understanding that starting a new position can sometimes be a traumatic event in someone's career he has the ability to make it a smooth, informed and enjoyable experience. Walter has created and implemented processes to address staffing needs to include a compensation analysis tool, satisfaction surveys and streamlined existing processes to allow for a more efficient cost effective recruiting model. He continues to remain networked within the business communities while staying in tune with new technology and using non-traditional methods to source and find the best candidate.
